David
J. Yanotchko is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross, magna
cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
He spent his junior year abroad studying at Oxford University, Mansfield
College. Mr. Yanotchko earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Boston
College Law School in 1999. He is a member of the New Jersey State
Bar.
At Florio & Kenny, Mr. Yanotchko practices in the area of real
estate law, handling residential real estate transactions for both
buyers and sellers as well as conducting reviews and negotiations
of commercial leases. He also represents municipalities in property
tax appeals and municipalities and private clients in general litigation,
including personal injury defense.
Before joining Florio & Kenny, Mr. Yanotchko began his career
practicing at prominent law firms in both Connecticut and New Jersey,
where he specialized in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
