Stephen Banks practices in the area of Civil Litigation and Workers' Compensation Defense. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers Compensation Attorney. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1998. He is on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association and has been appointed Vice Chair of their Workers' Compensation Committee.
